Flax seed gel with coconut oil

Ingredients

4 cup of flax seed, 1/2 cup of aloe vera (optional) , 2 cups of water,1/2 cup of coconut oil.

Directions for use

In a pot add flax seed and water and let it boil for 5 min. After 5 minutes let the mixture cool for 2-3 minutes and add coconut oil into this solution. You can also add aloe vera gel into it along with coconut oil. Store this solution in fridge and use it for 5-7 days.
